Hristina Tanevska, Konstantin Solarski and Fatlinda Zeqiri attended the Seminar  “Share, Experience, Get Inspired-Enjoy the diversity of non-formal learning tools” that took place from 24th to 28th October 2018 in Loppem, Belgium. After 4 months they are spreading the knowledge from the seminar further.

Here is what they have to say:

Hristina Tanevska: “Being part of the seminar “Share, Experience, Get Inspired-Enjoy the diversity of non-formal learning tools” was a really great experience for me. I learned many new non-formal educational tools that I started using in my job as a high school teacher. I also loved learning about visual facilitation and now I am practising and using it in my private and professional life. Forty hours of sessions were very well planned and done. The online learning and digital tools that I learnt are really helpful and useful for me for making presentations and finding online courses on different topics. Being on the seminar with so many educators, trainers and youth workers from different countries and cultures and sharing their experiences and knowledge really motivated me to keep developing my personal and professional skills. I enjoyed being part of the seminar.”

Konstantin Solarski: “Upon completion of the project so far, my lectures for debate are more interesting for me and for the participants. I use the most regular tools for visual presentation and explanation of any things. Together with my assistant, we have created some new specific ones that we use as well. The project has taught me many things, but making my visual dictionary is my biggest help, which I am very grateful to the trainers and the whole organization”

Fatlinda Zeqiri: “During the seminar, I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge and improve skills, such as communicating, visual explanation of different topics and so on. I’ve learnt plenty of new things during this project and I am thankful to having been part of it and having a great experience”
