The training course in Germany focuses on capacity building of adult learning providers and educators on social inclusion. The course has several stages designed to support the experiential learning of the participants and build their competences and motivation to understand the potential obstacles for citizens with fewer opportunities and how to empower them. Also during this course we will share good practices on the topic of social inclusion and document them for further dissemination. The participants will be involved directly through experiencing and sharing their real issues and challenges. The participants ́ involvement puts them in the main steering role when we have an opportunity to visit local institutions which work with citizens from the social work centre, delinquency offices or police council for prevention of crime. In addition, participants will learn from practical activities and create new networks to support new approaches for inclusion of citizens with fewer opportunities. Also during this course we will explore the Erasmus+ Inclusion strategy and the EC document on supporting migrants and refugees
