On the 17th of February CID members, staff and friends shared a happy occasion to welcome our two new EVS volunteers who will be living and working in Kumanovo in the upcoming 9 months.
Daniel and Sandra organised the Walestonia Evening. At that evening they introduced themselves, their countries and got to know a lot of people that are related to CID’s work.
Sandra brought out interesting facts about Estonia and mentioned some great achievements Estonia has able to reach so far. Daniel presented a fun quiz on Wales with some quite provocative photos!
And of course, food did not miss from this party. Sandra cooked us potato salad, filled eggs, black bread with sprat and had brought some Estonian sweets with her. Daniel baked us traditional Welsh cakes. They were absolutely delicious and disappeared from the plate with seconds.
