Are you working in the field of youth employability? You are aware of the rapidly evolving changes on the labour market and their influence on youth (un)employment? Apply for our training and we will introduce you with the set of skills and tools relevant for enhancement of youth employability! Together we will learn and share knowledge of key competences for the labour market in order to help ourselves and others to unlock successful career.

In the rapid changing labour market, youth are facing the lack of skills that could help them adapt to the demands of the labour market and transit successfully from the education system to work. Youth in Europe and especially youth in the Western Balkans (WB) are part of the high percentage of population that is unemployed and lacks necessary knowledge
and skills. Non-formal methods of learning are of great importance in the further empowerment of young people for the dynamic labour market. Although non-formal learning methods that target youth in specific countries are immensely important, the rapid changes in the WB region also demand cooperation, networking and peer-learning
activities fostering efficient management and leadership of youth work in organizations – especially in dealing with youth employability issues.
Through this training, 36 youth workers will be strengthened to work with young people on enhancing their employability. They will be trained and mentored to design and implement new and creative programmes and training courses designed according to the regional youth employability skills portfolio of the Western Balkans.

Youth workers between 18 – 26 years who are working in a field of youth employment.
The project is addressed to youth workers and youth leaders active and working with young unemployed people who can act as multipliers of the project outcomes afterwards in their environments. They can either be staff members or active volunteers in the NGOs dealing with youth employability
