In the period 27-28 December 2016 a Partner Meeting was held in the office of the No Frontiers 21 Century Association (NF-21), in Kyustendil, Bulgaria, between CID and No Frontiers 21 Century Association.
The meeting was attended by: Neal Raimi, Bojana Trajkovska, David Aleksovski and Milosh Ristovski from CID and by Ivailo Stoichev, Sofka Tashchieva and Pamporova-Stoicheva from NF-21.

The project partners carried out a thorough review and analysis of the project activities from the perspective of their technical performance and financial resourcing. The allocation of tasks and responsibilities were confirmed.
The partners then considered the set of administration and implementation documents developed and suggested by the Lead Partner CID. They focused in particular on the selection of subcontractors under the project, on reporting, documentation and archiving, on effective resource management and on monitoring and financial control. The project partners decided that since all the members of the project coordination team had very good command of English language, it was not necessary for the project administration documents to be translated into Bulgarian and Macedonian languages.

Another discussed item was the detailed timeframe of the project and tasks of the partners in the implementation of the project. It took the form of a monthly action plan for the period until and including the month of April. Special attention was attached to the tenders to be concluded by the two partners, to the study and its final report and to the joint seminars in Macedonia and in Bulgaria. Then, teh quality standards for the
implementation of the project activities developed by the Lead Partner were presented to the group. After a debate and some further explanations in answer to questions asked by the partners, the quality standards were
approved.
The partners were also familiarized with the draft of the Communication Plan developed by the Lead Partner. A discussion was held which focused on the online meetings for project coordination ensuring a constant and precise flow of the project implementation as well as on skype conferences and e-mail communication as major forms of operational coordination. The partners discussed the procedure of drafting press releases and their translation into the languages of the project.

Finally, the participants in the partner meeting brainstormed the possible internal and external risks that could impact the project implementation and using a systemic approach offered by CID drafted and approved the risk management document.

The meeting served its purpose of strengthening the trust between the partners and of setting a positive vibe into working together on the activities that are to come.
