Aim and description: The project aims to develop capacity of educators and leaders who are active and experienced in adult learning programmes, to design and deliver educational programmes, to facilitate inclusion and to initiate employability. This will be done by supporting the promotion of social entrepreneurship through adult learning programmes.
The project will explore the possibilities and tools on how to increase participation of citizens with fewer opportunities in the Erasmus+ projects based on the Inclusion Strategy of Erasmus+ and the European Commission’ guidelines for working with migrants and refugees, and good practices, how the organizations can motivate and prepare people to take active part and to gain new skills that will help them for they social and professional development. In this regards, all selected partners have good practices to showcase and will learn from each other but also to disseminate the learned outcomes to other citizens leaders back home and promote the different practices of entrepreneurship education in adult learning programmes.
Activities:
The training course in Germany focuses on capacity building of adult learning providers and educators on social inclusion. The course has several stages designed to support the experiential learning of the participants and build their competences and motivation to understand the potential obstacles for citizens with fewer opportunities and how to empower them. Also during this course we will share good practices on the topic of social inclusion and document them for further dissemination. The participants will be involved directly through experiencing and sharing their real issues and challenges. The participants ́ involvement puts them in the main steering role when we have an opportunity to visit local institutions which work with citizens from the social work centre, delinquency offices or police council for prevention of crime. In addition, participants will learn from practical activities and create new networks to support new approaches for inclusion of citizens with fewer opportunities. Also during this course we will explore the Erasmus+ Inclusion strategy and the EC document on supporting migrants and refugees

The study visit in Belgium participants will focus on exploring adequate practices of social entrepreneurship and how its made an impact on the people with fewer opportunities. Among the visited areas will be some specific social organizations in Brussels, as well as some rural based cooperatives and social enterprises which make economic activities at one side, but also support marginalized people to find a job on the other side. We will also explore the Belgian system to work with refugees. The visit will depend a lot on the learning needs identified by the participants linked to the main theme. The participants-learners can ask and questions they want and link with other organizations during the visit the local citizens groups and national organizations and institutions which is an opportunity to discuss about tips to influence more entrepreneurship education for adults and support for successful social businesses

Training course on linking adult education and entrepreneurship will be held in Macedonia where we will be learning on how to link adult learning on inclusion with social entrepreneurship and get an entirely new way to build capacity of the adult learning providers field to work on social entrepreneurship. The course will be a combination of training of trainers, coaches and educators, offering didactic inputs on methodology and methods, practical tools and activities based on experiential learning and the Kolb Cycle. The training course methodology is designed in the way that meets the objectives of the project and learning objectives of participants.
