ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project is concerned with sustainable development goals and non-formal learning. The project focused on a total of 4 main issues. The first focus is on “Intercultural Dialogue”. In this regard, capacity training on intercultural learning will be provided. “Historical Drama Performance” will be performed in order to reinforce intercultural learning.
The second main issue is “Social Inclusion”. Participants will conduct painting and painting-based activities with older people in the nursing home.
The third activity concerns “Environmental and Climate Action”. Within the scope of this activity, sustainable development goals will be introduced, and what can be done for a better world will be discussed. In a designated area, a short cleaning of the recyclable wastes will be done and seedlings and trees will be planted.
The final focus is on “Healthy Living”. Participants will be informed about healthy living and will design a spontaneous flashmob show in a shopping mall to draw attention to healthy living. Apart from the main activities, there are many supporting activities. These are surprise for now.
At the end of the project activity, the participants will have a youth pass certificate, europass language certificate, a letter of reference and a national certificate of participation. The conclusion of this project will be to increase the prevalence of the concept of non-formal education locally, to make more use of non-formal education in the inclusion of the disadvantaged groups involved in the project, the realization of social inclusion practices in intercultural dialogue and strengthening of intercultural dialogue and discrimination. The effects are anticipated as a result of creating.
 
 

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE:

  • Age between 18 – 29
  • Capable to communicate in English;
  • Available for entire project period;
  • Motivated to participate in the youth exchange
  • It is recommended that a participant participating in the Erasmus Program for the first time is also included in the team.
  • Willing to share their experience with CID

 
 

ACCOMMODATION and FINANCES:

All costs related to accommodation and food will be covered by the hosting organization.
Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 275 euros according to the rules and conditions of Erasmus+ programme.
