ABOUT THE PROJECT
In cooperation with IJGD, Organization MAGNET is hosting Training for trainers as the final activity of the project Better Together 2.0. project will gather 24 participants from 10 countries, during the period of 7 full working days, at Center for Nonformal Education Magnet House in Serbia. Participants will gain set of competences such as designing workshops for their educational activities, learn how to give feedback, facilitate the workshops and work in international teams. The programme of this training course is based on combined methodologies implemented in IJGD’s training for trainers which has been implemented on national level for 15 years, as well the Alliance’s Long-Term Training Course. Upon successful finalization of the programme, participants will have an opportunity to apply for trainee positions with MAGNET’s training teams and get an opportunity to further develop their skills in next years by working alongside on international training courses, both at Magnet House and abroad.
Aim: To empower work-camp leaders and youth workers involved in International Voluntary Service and international youth work to independently develop and implement educational programmes.
PARTICIPANTS’ PROFILE:
- over 18 years
- experienced workcamp leaders
- youth exchange leaders
- young people who have past experience in leading youth groups
- available for the entire period of the training course
- willing to share their experience with CID
ACCOMMODATION and FINANCES:
All costs related to accommodation and food will be covered by the hosting organization.
Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 180 euros according to the rules and conditions of Erasmus+ programme.
