GENERAL GOAL OF THE PROGRAM
This 8th day training course will allow participants to create, play and cooperate with an intercultural group of 26 youngsters from 7 different countries. Development of active & self-conscious European citizens. Stimulating social cohesion & youth-understanding. The aim of the “Lead the way” program is to develop through processes that stimulate personal development, and leadership skills while building resilience through practical activities.

HOW WILL WE DO IT?
We are organizing a project with exciting and packed days in which you will build and control your own learning process because we think that the greatest way to learn is via experiences.
DURING THE COURSE YOU WILL:
-Play and learn outside in different settings
-Participate in Bulgarian adventures
– Talk about what you’ve learned in an intercultural group
– Enjoy an once-in-a-lifetime international adventure
– Learn how to engage yourself and others in practical ways
– Plan and organize games and activities for one another
PARTICIPANTS’ PROFILE
– 18-29 years old
– Interested in personal development
– With/without any previous experience with Erasmus+ projects
– Excited to improve your cooperation skills
– Active and creative
With so many activities in your pockets after the course, you’ll organize a non-formal gathering with your national organization back home to share everything you’ve learned and experienced. In addition, each country group will write an article about the experience and share photos and videos from the course with the public to make the outcomes visible!
ACCOMMODATION and FINANCES:
All costs related to accommodation and food will be covered by the hosting organization.
Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 180 EUR.
Participation fee: 40 EUR
Sending fee: 500 MKD
