‘’ The most interesting part was the team work where we had to complete our task usually as solving problems, expressing our perspective, and we also did a lot of inner reflection which helped all of us individually to gain a new understanding and perception of ourselves. ‘’
Simona says that she will never forget the amazing people from different cultures that she met. There were participants from Nigeria, India, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic and Latvia.
‘’ We did art therapy, lots of yoga, meditation, and bachata dances. The energy, the free flow, the ease, the clarity, the joy – were part of this project and it really helped me to become more aware and confident in myself (my skills, qualities and dreams). ‘’ said Simona.
