DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

 

“Enhancing Diversity Management and Inclusion in Youth Work” is a long-term project designed by a Consortium of youth organizations based in the European Union and the Neighboring Partner countries led by LLD(Germany) and Armenian Progressive Youth NGO (Armenia). “Enhancing Diversity Management and Inclusion in Youth Work” aims to support 30 youth workers, educators and youth trainers from EU Member States (Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal, Spain and Romania) and EU’s Neighboring partner countries (Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of North Macedonia, Moldova, Ukraine and Turkey) in development of their diversity management skills and in learning how to implement a culture of diversity in their working environments by increasing diversity-oriented awareness in their work with young people.

PARTICIPANTS’ PROFILE

 

The Long Term Training Course and its 2 activities are intended for 30 youth workers, youth trainers and educators who are ready to work on the topics of diversity, inclusion and antidiscrimination in order to activate the potential of diversity in trainings and work with young people both at national and the European levels. The Long Term Training Course targets mainly youth workers, trainers and educators in order to equip them with knowledge, skills and attitudes on the topic. The same participants will be involved in all the stages of the project in order to ensure the consistency and continuity of the LTTC as well as to have deeper impact.

 

 

ACCOMMODATION and FINANCES:

All costs related to accommodation and food will be covered by the hosting organization

Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 275 EUR.

Participation fee: NONE!

Sending fee: 500 MKD
