Our colleague Tamara Petkovska was part of the OSCE activity Youth Trail on “Youth perspectives: Reinforcing inter-generational dialogue and understanding through Cultural Heritage” organized by the OSCE presence in Albania.
The activity was held in Tirana and Gjirokastra in the time period from 24-27 August 2022. Our colleague, together with other participants from other Western Balkan countries, had the opportunity to be part of many field visits in Gjirokastra and to learn more about the dialogue and understanding of different generations that reinforces sense of community, eases reconciliation and contributes to a more secure, developed society aware of its past, present and future.
Additionally, they have also enhanced their knowledge about Gjirokastra (protected by UNESCO) and many other historical persons and practices associated with this city.
