(Local) Youth Participation Matters is a project implemented by Center for Intercultural Dialogue, supported by Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands in N. Macedonia. The project’s primary goal is to encourage and involve young people in policy and decision-making processes through civic activities on topics such as social cohesion, human rights, multiculturalism, and democracy. This project is also aiming on building Youth Centers in eight municipalities across the country, in collaboration with the local governments (mayors and councils) and youth political wings. The development and implementation of educational programs and best practices is also planned to be done in collaboration with regional CSOs.
