In the picturesque setting of Krushevo, a unique and transformative Youth Exchange, titled “Surviving Mode: Resilience, Unity, and Empowerment,” organized from July 12 to 18, 2023. Drawing together 20 enthusiastic youngsters from four diverse countries, this week-long event emerged as a crucible for fostering resilience, celebrating unity, and nurturing empowerment.

The cultural diversity inside the group set the backdrop for a meaningful exchange of ideas and viewpoints, with individuals hailing from different countries. The exchange was more than just a gathering; it was a gathering of young minds eager to delve into the complex fabric of intercultural discourse, human rights, advocacy, youth involvement, democracy, and mental health.

The daily sessions were methodically planned to cover a wide range of topics, equipping participants with information and skills necessary for understanding the complexities of today’s world. The topics that were covered on the youth exchange were: Team-building, Volunteering, Youth activism, Advocacy, Human Rights, Youth participation, youth policies, democracy, intercultural dialogue and mental health.
