Center for Intercultural Dialogue is looking for trainers to facilitate 1 day workshops that will be held between November 2024-February 2025. Participants of the workshops are young leaders from Kumanovo, Lipkovo and Staro Nagoricane. There will be 20 participants in each workshop.
ABOUT WORKSHOPS:
CID is organizing a series of workshops that are part of CID ACADEMY 2024/2025. (https://cid.mk/2023/11/10/promoting-youth-activism-in-multiethnic-communities-2023-2025/) The workshops seek to enhance the young participants’ capacity to become changemakers and advocates for good changes in their communities through peer outreach, community mapping, establishing local partnerships, conducting structured dialogue, and using offline and online tools for advocacy. The workshop will be facilitated by two trainers who will use non formal educational methods, consisting of small group work, role acting, simulations, and discussions with the goal of encouraging team cohesion among the participants. Workshops will take place at Kumanovo’s Youth Center MultiKyлти.
