ABOUT THE SEMINAR
- False information, conspiracy theories and AI.
- With this topic the goal is to address the risks with conspiracy, especially during the electoral period, and
to make the participant expert of the fact-checking. It will be a theoretical formation which takes the form of an annual conference in different European
countries. The first day will be composed of conferences on the realization of reports. The second day, the participants will do the MOOC we previously created (IO2), through different workshops. We also have the possibility to invite local and foreign experts of fake news and European information. They could bring their perspectives on the topic and encourage good practices exchange.
GOALS:
– To train the journalists on the different topics and to analyze false information.
– To train the participants to fact-check the information in particular during the electoral period.
– Raising awareness students and associations about the treatment of EU information
– Having a good practice exchanges together

ACCOMMODATION and FINANCES:
All costs related to accommodation and food will be covered by the hosting organization.
Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 275 EUR.
