This week our colleague Tamara, as a CID representative, participated to the kick-off meeting in Sarajevo, within the project MEDIActive Youth: Informing the Balkans. The meeting was organized by the partner organization BRAVO (Bosnian Representative Association for Valuable Opportunities).

At the meeting also participated the representatives from all the six partner organizations of the project. During the meeting were discussed the project activities and all the technicalities regarding their implementation. Additionally, the partners had the space to get to know each other as well as the organizations they are coming from.

The project partners agreed on the future steps of the project implementation and how to contribute to the best fulfilment of the activities.

Namely, the main aim of the project is to build the capacities of the youth non-governmental organizations in development of the high-quality open education resources in the sphere of media (news) literacy.

The project will last 2 years and is supported by the European Commission.

The project implementers are: the coordinator CDER – Serbia and the other partners CID – N. Macedonia; HERMES – Croatia; BRAVO – Bosnia and Herzegovina; BBA – Albania; PRIMA – Montenegro.
