From June 20-28, Berovo, North Macedonia, Center for Intercultural Dialogue played host to a transformative training event, the Training for NEW Trainers Very Inclusive People (TNT VIP). This initiative, spearheaded by the Center for Intercultural Dialogue, aimed to enhance the professional capacities of Y-E-N members, focusing on fostering social inclusion and engaging more young people with fewer opportunities.Participants delved into the nuances of social inclusion, building a unified and thorough understanding of its principles and importance.Attendees explored various tools, methods, recommendations, and manuals produced by the Youth Department of the Council of Europe (CoE), including the Enter! Recommendations. These resources were crucial for addressing youth inclusion effectively.The training aimed to bolster participants’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes essential for delivering high-quality youth work. This holistic approach ensured that trainers are well-equipped to support diverse youth groups.The event provided a platform for sharing inspiring experiences and practices related to non-discrimination, equality, and social inclusion. These shared insights foster a collaborative environment and encourage the adoption of effective strategies.Participants were encouraged to create new educational activities that involve vulnerable groups. The training emphasized the importance of implementing these activities at local, national, and international levels, and provided opportunities for building partnerships for future projects.

The training in Berovo not only enriched the participants’ professional skills but also reinforced their commitment to fostering social inclusion within their communities. Through this collaborative and educational experience, TNT VIP continues to make significant strides in promoting equality and opportunities for all young people.
