Following the success of the first Youth Leadership Training, the Center for Intercultural Dialogue, with the amazing support of the OSCE Mission to Skopje, proudly launched Youth Leadership Training 2.0—a transformative journey designed to level up young leaders! With participants from all walks of life, this second edition took their skills in leadership, project management, and intercultural dialogue to new heights.
Through interactive workshops, fun team-building activities, and exciting real-world simulations, attendees were challenged to think critically, collaborate effectively, and lead with empathy. The highlight of the training? An inspiring pitch session where participants presented their own community initiatives! Talk about putting knowledge into action!
