About the project
The aim of the seminar is to empower youth workers with new life skills to enrich their professional life and facilitation. We would like to foster the idea of solidarity and respect of humans rights as well as the nature.
To work toward that, we are organizing this training course for individuals who want to create/improve community living. The goal is to provide knowledge, share good practices and tools to improve collective living and group organization.
The program
- Energizers database,
- Theory & workshops on Sociocracy,
- Visiting local organizations,
- One day self-governance (implementing, learned tools into practice)
- Digital storytelling and forum theater,
- Emotional circles,
- Intercultural evenings,
- Free day / Local event
Participans profile:
- You must be able to communicate in English (the working language of the course).
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You need to attend the whole course duration (there is no possibility of making exceptions).
- You commit yourself to organise a follow-up action in your local community/country upon the course completion (it can be e.g. a workshop, training, an activity for the local community, a peacebuilding activity with your youth group, etc.).
Accommodation and finances:
All costs related to accommodation and food will be covered by the hosting organization.
Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 309 € (non-green travel) and 417€ (green travel).
