Today, the team from the Center for Intercultural Dialogue (CID) visited the Municipality of Kumanovo, where we had a productive and inspiring meeting with the Youth Officer, Martin Krstić. Our long-standing and excellent cooperation with the Municipality continues to grow towards concrete activities, initiatives, and solutions that respond to the real needs of young people.
The meeting focused on an open discussion about the current challenges young people in our community face – from their motivation and engagement to opportunities for active participation in creating positive change. What encourages us the most is that the focus was not only on the challenges – but on joint action.
Thanks to Martin Krstić’s dedication and genuine understanding of youth issues, we agreed to initiate joint activities that will contribute to greater youth involvement in local processes. These initiatives will aim to boost civic engagement among youth, support their ideas, and create space for real change.

CID remains a strong partner of the local community, providing support, opportunities, and inspiration for young people. Our programs and activities are already recognized as a quality alternative for personal and social development, and through such meetings, we further strengthen institutional cooperation.
