Center for Intercultural Dialogue is looking for trainers to facilitate 4 day training that will be held in November 2025. Participants of the training are young leaders from Kumanovo, Lipkovo and Staro Nagoricane. There will be 20 participants in the training.
ABOUT THE TRAINING
CID is organizing a four-day training as part of CID ACADEMY 2025/2026.
The training will be co-facilitated bilingually in Macedonian and Albanian and will equip young people with practical skills in intercultural dialogue and peacebuilding, project planning and initiative implementation, as well as community engagement and youth organizing. A strong emphasis will be placed on building group spirit and cohesion, creating a safe and supportive learning environment, and strengthening mutual trust among participants.
Through interactive sessions, young people will deepen their understanding of intercultural dialogue, human rights, and social inclusion, while developing key competences for active participation in their communities. The training will provide opportunities for participants to practice communication and collaborative decision-making, to build meaningful relationships across cultures, and to strengthen their capacity to design and implement youth-led initiatives that promote dialogue, inclusion, and peaceful coexistence.
