Center for intercultural dialogue is looking for a qualified expert to submit proposal for the development of a comprehensive, actionable, and dynamic strategic plan for Center for intercultural dialogue. The plan will outline the organization’s vision, mission, goals, and key actions for the next 5 years (2027 – 2031) to strengthen our impact, sustainability, and effectiveness. The selected expert will work closely with our team in developing the strategic plan.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough assessment of CID’s current situation, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
- Engage with key stakeholders, including CID’s members, staff, donors and partners, through surveys, focus groups, or interviews
- Define long-term goals and objectives of the organization
- Draft a detailed implementation plan, including timelines, resources, and key actions.
- Deliver a final strategic plan document
Qualifications:
- Strong background in youth empowerment, sustainable community development and social inclusion
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Expertise in participatory planning and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- NOT be a member of CID (active or alumni)
- Previous experience in developing strategic documents is an asset
- Professional fluency in English with good editing and writing skills
