Description:
This project focuses on establishing a sustainable and functional institutional dialogue between young people, civil society organizations, and local authorities, with the aim of increasing transparency and public accountability. Through a process of verification and real integration of youth proposals using an AI-based tool, the project will ensure two-way communication between youth and institutions. Municipalities will be enabled to respond to real needs and institutionalize the ideas and proposals coming from young people. By fostering structured interaction and engagement, the project contributes to building trust and strengthening cooperation between stakeholders, while promoting inclusive and responsible local governance.
Activities and Planned Outputs/Results:
- Created and functional digital database with systematized documents, strategies, and reports from the three municipalities.
- Verified and up-to-date information on youth priorities and policies ensured.
- Foundations established in an appropriate format for the analytical work of the AI tool, enabling support for evidence-based decision-making processes.
