This month between 13th and 14th of January 2020 Marija Krstevska and Arta Abduli attended the Kick off meeting for Circular Economy for Youth (CEYOU) which was held in Athens, Greece. CEYOU is KA2 Strategic Partnership for youth that will be implemented in the framework of 2 years.

The main priority for the CEYOU project is promoting, engaging, connecting and empowering young people around the circular economy as a means to deal with the danger to the environment and climate change. The project aims to empower them to take positive actions and initiatives within their local communities, to develop networks and exchange practices at local, regional, national and European levels.

The project is between PONTYDYSGU LIMITED (UK) as a lead partner, and the following partners: Ufficio Comune Sostenibilità (Italy), RESEAU EXPRESS JEUNES EXCLUSION INTEGRATION (France), ASSOCIATION DES VILLES ET REGIONS POUR LA GESTION DURABLE DES RESSOURCES (Belgium), Active Citizens Partnership (Greece), and Center for Intercultural Dialogue (North Macedonia).

CEYOU is funded by Erasmus+ and will be implemented in Pontypridd, Kumanovo, Athens, Naples, Brussels, Strasbourg and other areas over the next couple of years, until the end of August 2021.

During the meeting the partners discussed the intellectual outputs and set dates for the next meeting.

Stay tuned for updates.
